This is an idea that has been floating around in my head for some time. upon finding 
's contest, I decided I would have a go at finally putting it down on paper.
This is not really much more than a sketch, but it does feature what are probably the best pair of bird legs i've ever drawn.
In case you are wondering what it is, then I will tell you now that it is a gryphon/griffin/gryffin/gryffon/griffon/etc but instead of the usual lion/eagle mix, it is a combination of cat and bluetit.
